The total number of CAT questions in all three sections of the CAT 2021 may be reduced. Based on the CAT experts, only 3 to 4 questions per section are expected to be reduced.

CAT 2021 Marking Scheme

The CAT sample paper pdf also specifies the marking scheme of the CAT exam 2021. The CAT 2021 marking scheme includes scores awarded for each correct answer and a wrong answer.

For each correct answer, candidates will be awarded three positive marks.
The wrong answer will deduct 1 mark.
